"I can really recommend the Being Well group with Brenda at the Ananda Centre in Slane. I joined the group last September and I am really glad I did. The group brings structure to my personal Yoga practise and the Wellbeing Wednesday with guest speakers each month is always interesting and informative. I think committing to the Being Well group motivates me to attend the Yoga and Meditation classes Tuesdays and Thursdays and I am always glad I have made this time for my own self care. Brenda is a wonderful teacher and her classes are suitable for all. She also brings a little fun into our practise too which I always think is a good thing as sometimes Yoga can be viewed as very deep and serious. Brenda's Yoga Nidra's are so relaxing and rejuvenating, it is worth joining just for those. The other great benefit is that if I miss a class Brenda sends out all the links for the weekly classes so I can practise them when I have time. So this is certainly a group to join."
