Your very own Restorative Yoga session, tailored specifically for you and your needs. Are you looking for a practice to nurture your nervous system? Restorative yoga is wonderful for anxiety, stress or chronic pain disorders and also wonderful for those with pre/peri & post menopause symptoms .

It is gentle, supported, regenerative and of course, restorative to the whole body-mind. 

Working one on one, we can create a personal sadhana (practice) that you can then take into your daily life, to practice anytime and anywhere. A one hour session is €60
