Friday Rest Sesh
Restorative Yoga evening of rest and deep healing with Brenda at Ananda Centre.
Once a month on a Friday 7pm - 9pm IST/GMT
2 hours of gentle movement and restorative yoga. Encourage rest and help let go of stress, anxiety and pain. A practice that is suitable for all levels. For anyone who wants to invite some peace and calm into their life.
You will need a chair or sofa, 4 pillows, 2 blankets, warm cosy clothing and a quiet space for yourself at home.
